近日，恒大集團(tuán)與美國(guó)溫德姆國(guó)際酒店集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略簽約儀式隆重舉行，雙方將就恒大全國(guó)系列項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行密切合作。
        美國(guó)溫德姆國(guó)際酒店集團(tuán)是目前世界最大的酒店管理集團(tuán)，以創(chuàng)新型的酒店管理模式響譽(yù)世界。恒大集團(tuán)目前在62個(gè)主要城市擁有恒大城、恒大華府、恒大金碧天下、恒大綠洲、恒大名都等一百多個(gè)項(xiàng)目，并在各方面與全球知名的合作伙伴達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟，溫德姆國(guó)際酒店集團(tuán)就是其中之一。截至目前，恒大已經(jīng)在廣州、上海、天津、重慶等主要城市擁有近20家五星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的酒店項(xiàng)目，均定位于國(guó)際豪華五星級(jí)酒店。 
        分析人士指出，作為國(guó)內(nèi)最大的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化精品地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，恒大地產(chǎn)進(jìn)軍酒店業(yè)具有資源和實(shí)力上的優(yōu)勢(shì)，溫德姆也將借力恒大在中國(guó)的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源發(fā)展中國(guó)酒店業(yè)市場(chǎng)。

        Recently, Evergrande Real Estate Group and Wyndham Hotel Group held a signing ceremony, and made a close cooperation on the country’s projects.
         Wyndham Hotel Group is the largest hotel managing group at present. And Evergrande Real Estate Group owns more than 100 projects in 62 cities, such as Evergrande City, Evergrande Palace, Evergrande Splendor, Evergrande Oasis Evergrande Metropolis. And it cooperates with well-known corporation in different field all over the world. So far, Evergrande has nearly 20 hotel projects which are built at the standard of five-star, and oriented as international luxurious five-star hotels.
         Analysts indicate that Evergrande Real Estate Group has its advantage to enter hotel industry with its leadership in real estate field, which will help Wyndham develop its hospitality business in Chinese market.
